REFUND & RETURN POLICY
- NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN EXCHANGE ONLY.
- Within the US - Our policy lasts 5 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 5 days have gone by since your order was delivered.
- International - Our policy lasts 10 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 10 days have gone by since your order was delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. IF HANGING TAG IS REMOVED, WE CANNOT EXCHANGE
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice. Mail your product to: 13337 South St. Suite 131 Cerritos, California US 90703.
Please note that we do not issue Pre-paid return labels.

- SALE ITEMS-Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE items or PROMOTION (when a discount code is applied) cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be received a email with your store credit info. Please allow 7 business days after receipt of item to refund your account.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- GIFTS--If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or email to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver or you’ll receive store credit.
- Please note that no walk-ins are allowed in the facility. In order to return/exchange a merchandise, customers are required to use the proper channel i.e, by appointment only or shipping method.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Coquettekouture™ can not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
