CAN I COMBINE MORE THEN ONE PROMOTION OR COUPON IN THE SAME ORDER?

  • We want you to have the best promotions for your order, however not all promotions/coupons are combinable. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, redeem any additional promotions or coupon codes you have. We will automatically calculate the best price for your order.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

  • We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@coquettekouture.com or call us at 310-672-1615 so we can urgently review the matter for you!                                 

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM MY BOUTIQUE?                     

  • ABSOLUTELY! CoquetteKouture uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact customer care by email or phone and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order! 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS Office until you request a redelivery or pick it up yourself.                       

WHAT ARE THE FORMS Of PAYMENT ACCEPTED?

  • We accept all major cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the payment to be approved. The billing address is the address registered on your account.                   

I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT NO LONGER SEEMS TO BE IN STOCK?

  • We understand how frustrating it is that the item you're totally in love with is currently out of stock. We continue to advertise these items as they're usually paired with another item. We often restock our hottest items and if that is not possible we replace them with a similar style. Please keep checking back on our site and Instagram page for any restock updates.                           

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

  • Once your order has been placed we will not make changes to your total as we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.

WHY WON'T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK?

  • Your Code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout. Expiry Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid. Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once. 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • Yes, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page to see how you can exchange your item for another item of equal value or for store credit.   Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?                                                       

  • Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.
